Sustainability (CSR)
Sustainability comes as standard in our designs and service
Your environment
With Envoplan, sustainability comes as standard in our product designs and in our service.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is clear in its mission.
We:
- Take responsibility for our actions, as individuals and as a business. We consider the environmental impact of every business decision
- Promote awareness of environmental and ethical issues throughout our company, at every level and in every functional area
- Look at the big picture by calculating the whole-life cost and future impact of every project
- Use eco-friendly manufacturing processes and ethically sourced and/or recycled materials wherever possible
- Minimise waste and dispose of surplus materials responsibly
- Build partnerships with suppliers who share our environmental values
- Exceed regulatory and legislative environmental requirements and hold ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation. We aim to set new standards for the design and fit-out industry
- Regularly review our performance against our environmental targets
Third-party standards
We also work to the following third-party standards:
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
Certification confirms that a building was designed and built to achieve high performance in key areas of human an environmental health. It covers sustainable site development, water saving, energy efficiency, material selection and indoor environmental quality.
BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM)
Is a voluntary measurement rating for green buildings. It sets standards for sustainable building design, construction and operation, and has become one of the most widely-recognised measures of a building’s environmemntal performance.

For a closer look at our sustainability policy, read on.
At Envoplan, we always make it our goal to:
Take Responsibility – we believe we’re accountable for our environmental impact as a business and as individuals, so we take responsibility for our actions.
Consider The Full Picture – we think about the whole-life cost of a project in our proposals, and about our impact on the global community – both now and in the future.
Use Sustainable Materials – sourcing and using more ethical materials wherever we can is crucial to our environmental approach.
Develop Procedures – with measures in place to review our performance, as well as ISO14001 accreditation.
Minimise Waste – we dispose of any surplus responsibly, but always try and keep wastage down to the bare minimum.
Promote Awareness – helping our staff understand the principles and practice of sustainability means we can help our customers understand their options better.
